Work Order Email Notification

You will receive email notification on the status of work orders submitted in your area. In the past you only received an email that said it was closed. You will now be able to track the progress of your request. At any point if you have a question or need a different update on your request you can reply to your confirmation and we will get you an answer to your question. 

We have also added a "DID YOU KNOW?????" at the bottom of some of the emails to inform you of the way other items are handled in the district.


Our goal is to make your job easier. Hopefully this will keep you "IN THE LOOP" and better help your knowledge of district items.

The staus of email will be as follows:
Sandra Harrell shown receiving/assigning request from a school.
Submitted Work Order

You will receive a notification showing that we have received your request.
 

Approved Work Order

You will receive a notification showing that the request has been approved and what technician it has been assigned. Their email address will also show on this notification just in case you want to email the technician directly.

Incomplete Work Order

You will receive a notification showing that the request is incomplete if it has been started or reassigned to another technician but is not finished. It will show you what has been done to your request so far.

 Duplicate Work Order

You will receive a notification showing that this is a second request. Please do not send in a work order twice. You should now be able to tract your first request.
 

Hold Work Order

You will receive a notification showing if a request has been put on hold for some reason such as waiting till summer to do the work, etc. It will show up on your confirmation why it was put in the hold status.
 

Void Work Order

You will receive a notification showing if a request has been voided because it did not meet the criteria of a work order. There will be an explanation of why it was put in this status.

Completed Work Order

You will receive a notification showing that the request has been completed and what the technician did to correct the problem. If you receive this email, we think the problem is fixed. If this is not the case, please reply back to the email and we will reissue the request to be looked at again. Your participation will greatly help make sure the work was done to your satisfaction.
 

To keep our database current, if you move to another room we need to know. Our database connects you to the room that you are in at the present time. If you move to another location our database probably has that room assigned to another person.
